Caring for Students' Well-being
The Jay Johnson Wellness Center on the Winona Campus promotes the development of the whole person and encourages a lifestyle that integrates emotional, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, and vocational well-being.
Student health and counseling services are available by appointment when classes are in session. Services are provided free of charge for undergraduate students on the Winona Campus.
Saint Mary’s partners with Winona Health (health) and Catholic Charities of Southern Minnesota (counseling) to offer compassionate care to help students meet their health and wellness needs.
Health services include treatment of minor illness and injury, support for students with chronic conditions, and health education. Counseling services provides free and confidential support to help you balance the academic, social, and emotional aspects of your life.
The Jay Johnson Wellness Center strives to help students to gain more satisfying personal lives and successful academic careers.
