Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
This degree program can be completed in as little as one year. The B.S. in Business Administration prepares students with the cutting-edge knowledge they’ll need in the workplace, such as data analytics and business intelligence. If your goal is to pursue an advanced degree, you can use this program as a springboard into our Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Bachelor of Science in Accounting
The B.S. in Accounting gives students the foundational training they need for in-demand careers as accountants, auditors, analysts, and tax preparers. This degree is designed to prepare students for the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) and Certified Management Accounting (CMA) exams.
Bachelor of Science in Human Resources

Transfer Credit Policy
One of the best parts about finishing your bachelor’s degree at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota is our generous transfer credit policy tailored to support adult online learners. To earn a bachelor’s degree, you’ll need 120 credits. A minimum of 30 of these credits must be completed at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. However, the rest may be transferred from other colleges or universities you’ve attended. The university may also accept:
- Credits earned at technical colleges
- Credit for prior learning
- Standardized tests, such as the College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) or the DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST)
- Military and business training or coursework accredited by the American Council on Education (ACE)
