Employer Tuition Reimbursement
Many employers recognize the benefits of equipping employees with new and updated skills, particularly those gained through an advanced degree program. Even if your organization does not officially offer tuition reimbursement, you still may be able to arrange for full or partial reimbursement by speaking with your managers about the benefits and features of the online degree programs at Saint Mary’s.
Our programs, being completely online, will not interfere with your work schedule—you will be able to complete your coursework from home, outside of work.
The knowledge you gain can be put to use for your employer right away, potentially making you a more productive and efficient employee, one who contributes to improving the bottom line.
Your company may save money by investing in you rather than spending funds searching for, hiring, and training a new employee.
Your employer might also like to know Saint Mary’s is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. We are also proud to have the #1 Minnesota online MBA and online business master’s programs, and a best value school, according to U.S. News and World Report’s latest rankings.
