Our adult learners continue to leave their mark on the world around them — of the graduates who responded, 42% percent indicated advancing their career was their primary career goal when they began at Saint Mary’s, with 18% aiming to do so in the same industry or job function.
While enrolled at Saint Mary’s, 50% experienced a job or career change, with 53% of respondents moving to a new organization. Seventy-four percent reported that their salary increased since enrolling in their program. Overall, 75% reported meeting the career goals they had when enrolling at Saint Mary’s.
