Dr. R. Don Keysser has been an active investment banker and business finance consultant for over 35 years, and he has been teaching for over 12 years, mostly at the MBA level, in courses including Corporate Finance, International Finance, Financial Institutions, and Entrepreneurial Finance. He serves regularly as an expert witness in litigation concerning financial matters, including defaulted financings, fraud, financial damages, failures of disclosure, etc.; he has testified in 37 cases to date, nationwide. He is also active in several professional associations including the Alliance for Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the German-American Chamber of Commerce. He is a frequent guest speaker and writer in professional topics. Don is the managing principal of Hannover Consulting, a group providing business finance consulting and investment banking services to small-medium privately held technology companies, including raising capital and managing mergers and acquisitions transactions. He is a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA).
